How to understand the individuality of a patient ?

Jab ek patient apne problem ke liye aapke paas aata hai, toh ek physician ke roop mein humein yeh samajhna zaroori hai ki hum ek patient se baat kar rahe hain, ek person se nahi. Healthy state mein insaan ka vyavhaar aur uske preferences alag hote hain, aur jab woh bimaar hota hai, toh uska vyavhaar bhi badal jata hai. 


Jab ek insaan healthy hota hai, toh uske personal preferences, jaise coffee pine ki aadat ya travel karna, alag ho sakte hain. Lekin bimaar hone par yeh preferences badal sakti hain. Jaise, woh keh sakta hai, *”Mujhe coffee nahi chahiye”*, ya *”Mujhe kahin jaana ka man nahi hai.”* Yeh changes indicate karte hain ki bimari ne unke normal behavior ko influence kiya hai. Isi tarah, agar kisi ko healthy state mein social interaction pasand tha, toh bimaar hone par uski preferences akela rehne ki ho sakti hain. 


Jab aap patient se case-taking kar rahe ho, toh yeh zaroori hai ki patient sirf apne present illness ke baare mein baat kare, na ki apni purani ya unrelated baatein. Kabhi-kabhi patient apni purani life experiences ya incidents share karne lagte hain, jo unke current condition se directly related nahi hote. Yeh unnecessary details time-consuming ho sakti hain aur diagnosis ko complex bana deti hain. Isliye, aapko patient ko gently guide karna padega ki woh sirf apni present problem par focus karein. 


Ek physician ko yeh samajhna zaroori hai ki patient ki baatein sirf unke symptoms tak seemit honi chahiye. Har symptom ko directly accept mat karen, balki unhe validate karen. Jaise, agar ek patient apne dard ko batane ke liye aansu bahata hai, toh usse directly poochhna hoga ki kya yeh aansu dard ke karan hain ya kisi aur wajah se. Kabhi-kabhi patient sirf aapka dhyan khinchne ke liye apne behavior mein exaggeration karte hain. Tumhe unki baaton aur actions ke beech ka antar samajhna hoga. 


Jab ek patient apni condition, jaise sinusitis, ke liye aapke paas aata hai, toh sabse pehle yeh zaroori hai ki aap yeh confirm karein ki sinusitis hi unka primary concern hai. Aksar patient yeh kehkar aata hai ki usse sinusitis hai, lekin jab aap poochhte hain, toh woh bata sakte hain ki unhe is wajah se kaam mein dhyaan nahi lag raha, ya unhe sahi se neend nahi aa rahi. Yeh samajhna zaroori hai ki kab tak unhe apne health issue ke saath kisi doosre aspect ki wajah se problem ho rahi hai. Isliye, aapko unse clarify karna hoga ki unka asli concern kya hai. 

Ek physician ka kaam hai patient ke symptoms ko unbiased tareeke se samajhna aur diagnosis karna. Kabhi bhi apni assumptions ya preconceived notions se kaam mat karen. Yeh zaroori hai ki aap patient ko bina kisi bias ke samjhein aur unke case ko ek objective observer ki tarah dekhein. Isse aap zyada accurate diagnosis kar sakte hain aur treatment prescribe karte waqt galat decision lene se bachenge. 

Conclusion: 
Patient ki individuality ko samajhna ek successful physician banne ka ek mahatvapurn pehlu hai. Tumhe ek artist ki tarah kaam karte hue unke symptoms ko samajhna hoga aur unke real concerns ko identify karna hoga. Yeh approach na sirf accurate diagnosis mein madad karti hai, balki ek patient-centric treatment plan banane mein bhi helpful hoti hai. Jab tum unbiased approach rakhtay ho aur patient ko samajhne ki koshish karte ho, tabhi tum unhe sahi treatment de paate ho. Aise patient ki individuality ko samajhne se hum na sirf unka sahi ilaj kar sakte hain, balki unka trust aur satisfaction bhi jeet sakte hain.
