Foremost is the knowledge about the rubrics and how to use them.
They are to be treated as weapons which are helpful.
Learning a thing and to keep it in memory is a very tough job. It is fatiguing, boring and unpalatable.
HOW TO MAKE IT PALATABLE?
Firstly is. Jo bhi aap padhte ho. Jo bhi dekhte ho. Jo bhi sunte ho. Use paper par utaro. Personal notes banane ki habit develop karo for quick reference in times of need.
Kyuki jo cheez aapke pen se nikalti hai woh bahut lambe samay tak subconscious mind par impress rehti hai.
Is sense me ki jab aap us jaisi koi similar cheez dekhte ho, toh mind usse connect ho jata hai aur yaad dilata hai: “Yeh maine padha hai.” “Yeh maine dekha hai.” “Yeh maine kahin suna hai.”Aur phir mind ko compel karta hai recall karne ke liye: “Where?”
Secondly is. Rubrics ko alphabetical order me padhna as given in the repertory.Iske liye ek fixed period chahiye.
Jaise koi religious person:Gita,Bible,Quran padhta hai.Full faith, deep interest aur empty mind ke saath. Cool aur calm atmosphere me.
Ek fixed target ke saath ki:
Ek din me, ek week me, ya ek month me kitne rubrics finish karne hai.
Thirdly is. Repertory ko randomly open karna aur koi bhi chapter padhna start karna. Example:Delusions,Delirium,Rage,Anger etc.
Unme se kuch rubrics aapka attention attract karenge aur feel hoga ki yeh yaad rakhne layak hai.
Example:
FEAR, everything constant of
RESTLESSNESS, anxious no rest at any employment
FEAR, health ruined, that she has
Fourthly is. Repertory open karne se pehle mind me ek question hona chahiye jiska answer aap search kar rahe ho.
Example:
Patient bol raha hai : “There is no apparent cause of any fear. Everything is o.k. Still I am not able to prevent it.”
Bahut pages turn karne ke baad aapko rubric milta hai:
FEAR, unaccountable of.
Aur wahan aapko apne question ka answer mil jata hai.
