GENERALS: hot  + Thirsty +Affinity towards RIGHT side

* Profuse Suppuration ( tonsils, abscess of Cornea, pus in urine, wounds)

* Tendency to Suppuration after the Pus has found out a Vent.

Recurrent or Running abscess ( Ear, Cornea, Teeth)

* Pus thick yellow Bloody Lumpy.

CASE:  For eg a patient comes with Right sided lower backache, he is hot  and Thirsty also it’s Urine Routine s/o PUS CELLS present in Urine we can think of CALC SULPH as the remedy.

hot  + thirsty + Dental fistula + pus discharge: calc sulph

 I have heard a CASE in Seminar where PAINLESS FISTULA and PAINLESS ANAL ABSCESS was present Good results were achieved after Prescribing CALC SULPH .

In Daily life we see CASE of Ingrown nails with Abscess which are RECURRENT so if the Totality indicates we can think of Calc Sulph.

Right foot Ingrown nails with abscess + hot  + thirsty : Calc sulph

Not only Pus if any discharge either Coryza or Leucorrhoea is THICK, YELLOW , LUMPY we can think of CALC SULPH.

Varicose ulcer (not healing ulcer ) + bleeding+ pus + offensive+ left side + hot  { lach ,sulph} { if right then calc sulph}

 Seen in Pts who are School going children where if Teacher Slaps the Child and Ear ache or Otorrhea starts then we can think of Calc Sulph.

* Injury to eye with Splinter :

* Conjunctivitis with discharge of Thick Yellow Matter :

* Whitlow when Suppuration Begins

*Cracks on Hands in Winter esp after Washing { thadi ke dino me haath dhone ke baad cracks ho gaye }

* Menses Late, Long lasting, Serious Discharge

* Cutting Pain in Right Ovary { any right side affection}

* Infants with bloody diarrhoea, Coryza or eczema

 CASES of children where diarrhea is common and in Stool routine we see Puss cells present and if other Indications match then think of Calc Sulph

* Malicious

* Hurried

* Brooding over imaginary misfortunes

 ( Pt thinks of unreal and Imaginary things , he continously thinks of that which never happened)

CASE: A husband complaints about his Wife and Says” Sir isko dekhiye na purani aisi aisi baatein sochti h jo shayad hui bhi nhi hai poora din dukhi rehti h aur tabse hi isko Fistula ka complaint shuru hua hai ” In these types of indications where sentence clearly indicates towards Remedy don’t ask unnecessary Further questions.

* Grumbling that his value is not perceived by others

 ( This above indication is seen in most of us, Homeopaths where they say ” Itni achi Dawai de Raha hun fir bhi log Qadar nhi kar rhe hn”)

*Hates or Despises those who do not agree with him.

• Profuse suppuration (ear , tonsil,abscess of cornea, in lungs, pus in urine, pus in stool,  wound, Tendency to suppuration, after the pus has found a vent.

• उन लोगों से नफरत या तिरस्कार करता है जो उससे सहमत नहीं हैं।
