Pyrogenium(nosode)

• Less commonly used nosed then Tuberculinum and medorrhinum.
  •  
  • This nosode is obtained from decomposed lean beef or septic pus and has been tested and clinically verified in septic states with simillum.
  •       
  • We can use this nosode in two ways-
  • 1)when we find similimum in a diseased state and
  • 2)when best selected remedy fails , Nosodes used to remove the blockage to which we usually refer to as miasm,as an intercurrent remedy.

  • Generals
  • Chilly+ Thirsty  + best selected remedy fails + Recurrent Pus formation.
  • Septic stage { vitals deteriorated & patient toward bedridden stage}
  • Intense restlessness ameliorates by first beginning
  • Fever at each menstrual period
  • Scrotum looks and feels thin
  • Heart becomes weak and muscles prostrated
  • Pulse abnormally rapid out of all proportion,to temperature or reverse

Modalities

• Aggravation :- From becoming cold , In damp weather
  • Amel  :- From motion, continue change of position
  • *Heat,hot  bath,hot  drinks
  • *Pressure,hard rocking

  • Taste-sweetish, terribly fetid,pus like
  • Great thirst for small quantities of cold drinks { after ars ,phos failed }
  • But least liquid is instantly rejected { small sips of water}

• Brain active-he make speeches and writes articles at night…
  • Talks in sleep
  • Loquacious,thinks and talks faster than ever before during fever
  • Thinks he is very wealthy
  • Full of anxiety and insane notion,
  • Hallucination
  • Duality
  • Restlessness (compare with Ars Alb,Rhus tox).

  • Application-Any condition where we find septic state, discharge offensive, thirsty and restlessness along with a indication where well selected remedy fails,we can administer this nosode with confidence.we cannot use pyrogen for fever directly if clinical picture -indications are otherwise but we can use pyrogen in fever also if clinical picture so warrants and other indications corroborates or supports the portrait of the diseased state.

  • Specific area of application-
  • ICU,post delivery, recurrent skin problems (where pus forms), abscess internal or external.

Protocol :-

• Septic condition +fevere with  blood viscid + great restlessness + chilly+ thirsty + best selected remedy failed (ars alb) : Pyrogen.
  • Post covid + after recovery+ heart weak (low voltage ECG , low pulse  ) + chilly+ thirsty : Pyroge
  • Old age + Non healing ulcer + offensive discharge + best selected medicine failed: Pyrogen
