• GENERALS
• Chilly + thirsty+ right to left side + tendonitis+  purposeless thinking+ brain fag + forgetfulness+ loss of memory + Eating amel + discontented+ abusive+ forgetfulness
• Chilly + thirsty + right to left sided ( ars,phos, anacrdium Orient )
• Symptoms are prone to from right to left(lyc).
• Observation:-
• Warts on palms of hands
• Mind :-
• Patient greatly troubled by this forgetfulness. { Mostly seen in old age }
• Sudden loss of memory
• Weakness of all senses.
• Sensation as of hoop or band around part, or plug in inner parts.
• GI Tract:-
• Great desire for stool, but with the effort the desire passes away without evacuation.
• rectum seems powerless.
• Happy when eating(as symptoms disappear then) : psorinum , anacardium { night me uth kar khatata hai  }
• Hasty in swallowing food and drink { khana Direct nigal jata hai , khana chew nahi karta hai , seedha swallow kar leta hai pata nahi kis cheez ki jaldi }
• GUS :-
• Flow of prostatic fluid while at stool; semen passes after hard stool.( Sel ,acid phos, anacardium)
• MSS :-
• Found to be efficacious in wounded tendons, that is in injury of tendons ( strain)
• Causation and modality
• Deep discontented with intolerance of contradiction of his will, makes him highly discontented dealing Irresolution (two will) and suspicious nature makes him malicious, hatefull ,abusive and violent in anger.
• Mental Excitement;
• Excessive utilization of brain for purposeless thought;
• Fright.
• Agg :-
• Chilly, sensitive to cold air worse morning and again evening to midnight.
• Amel :- AFTER EATING, but recurs after two to three hours (dyspnea,cough, morning sickness, headache etc)
• Protocol:-
• Repeated dream + hot + thirsty + salt desire: Nat M
• USG + right side more Renal Calculi then left + chilly+ Thirsty+ stool ki urge aati hai lekin jata hu to hota nahi hai  : anacardium
• Bed ridden old maa ji + din bhar gaali deti rahti hai + kuch bhi karo yah santusht nahi hoti + jo bhi karo sab bhool jati hai + khana khati hai to thodi der shant rahti hai + fir bhool jati hai bolti rahti hai tum. Log mera dhyan nahi de rahe ho + mujhe kahana nahi dete + gaali deti rahti hai .
• Thick skin or warts or psoriasis of palm or sole + right to left + chilly + thirsty: anacardium ( if chilly + thirstless +  left side :-  sep ) 
• ANC + morning sickness+ food smell cause dizziness+ eating amel + chilly + thirsty + right side : anacardium
• Right side Renal Calculi + chilly+ thirsty + discontent : anacardium dd lyco if hot + thirstless
• H/o right side goitre removal+ currently left side goitre + swelling in neck + hair loss
