Aphorism 6 : The unprejudiced observer

Aphorism §6 : The unprejudiced observer
– well aware of the futility of transcendental speculations which can receive no confirmation from experience
– be his powers of penetration ever so great, takes note of nothing in every individual disease, except the changes in the health of the body and of the mind (morbid phenomena, accidents, symptoms) which can be perceived externally by means of the senses;
that is to say, he notices only the deviations from the former healthy state of the now diseased individual, which are felt by the patient himself, remarked by those around him and observed by the physician.

All these perceptible signs represent the disease in its whole extent, that is, together they form the true and only conceivable portrait of the disease.

Aphorism 6 ka Practical use…
Hum sick me jo bhi observe karte hai ,jo bhi sick person mehsoos karta hai ,aur jo us sick person ke  relative usme difference dekhte hai.

Kabhi bhi judgmental opinion nahi dena hai..
Har case ko 360* se sochna & samjhna hai..
Case receiving me Jo bhi mile…usko le Lena hai..
Eg:-
Ek ladke ka breakup hua ,us ki wajah se usko kuch bhi  khana peena accha nahi lag raha hai , sab reports normal hai fir bhi usko problem hai to yaha usko emotional level par injury hui hai..

Hum sirf theory ke base par
Bina evidence ke koi bhi theoretical medicine nahi Dena hai…

Summary:-
Jab hum kisi marz ko ya koi khas desire ho ya koi khas bimari ho usko dekh kar hamare man me ichha ho ke koi specific remedy de Diya Jaye lekin us time hum apne us instinct ko rok kar pura  case receive karne ke baad portrait of disease banane ke baad remedy sochna hai….

apne experience ke base par Bina case recieve Kiye Bina examination kiye direct medicine nahi Dena hai…
Har case me non judgemental ho kar ..pura case Lena hai…

Eg :-
Salt desire bol kar nat mur nahi Dena hai .
Throbbing headache dekh kar direct belladonna nahi Dena hai..
Itching burning ringworm dekh kar sulphur nahi Dena hai…
Goitre dekh kar iodum nahi Dena hai…
Jaundice dekh kar direct chelidonium nahi Dena hai..

Bimari ke naam se dawai nahi sochna hai…

Pahle jitna signs ( jo deviation aapne patient me observe Kiya ya uske saath walo ne observe Kiya) aur symptoms (Jo deviation patient apne ander mehsoos kar Raha hai ke pahle aisa nahi tha ab ho Raha hai )

Har m symptoms ko consider Kiya ja sakta hai…

Our master said
Baatien mat kare …
Case le : sign symptoms le (apne 5 special senses ko puri tarah istemal karte huye i.e look listen smell feel speaking) : real picture of sick banaye aur uske base par similar medicine choose karke sick ko de de… aur results la kar dikhaye.

Aphorism 6 : The unprejudiced observer
– well aware of the futility of transcendental speculations which can receive no confirmation from experience*

+ Unprejudiced observer: should be free from irrational opinion or emotion , completely controlled neutral emotions ke saath observe karna hai.
*Aware* = jo bhi situation hai uske samne sick present kar raha hai uska pata ho. ۔
*Futility* = bekaar
*Transcendental* =
*Speculation* =
kisi bhi alag si Theory jiska koi evidence nahi aur usko experiment karna bekaar hota hai

– be his powers of penetration ever so great, takes note of nothing in every individual disease, except the changes in the health of the body and of the mind (morbid phenomena, accidents, symptoms) which can be perceived externally by means of the senses; that is to say, he notices only the deviations from the *former healthy state*  of the now *diseased individual*, which are
+ felt by the patient himself (symptoms)
+ remarked by those around him (sign)
+ observed by the physician (sign)

All these perceptible signs represent the disease in its whole extent, that is, together they form the true and only conceivable portrait of the disease.

Power of penetration = baaz ki nazar 🧿 se dekhna /ander tak Nazar rakhna .
Perceived = mehsoos kiya Gaya .
Mind = an element of a person that enables them to be aware of the world and their experiences, to think, and to feel; the faculty of consciousness and thought.
Means of senses :
-a faculty by which the
+ body perceives an external stimulus; one of the faculties of
+ sight 👀
+ smell 👃
+ hearing 👂
+ taste, 👅
+ touch 👉
Deviation = vary from normal standard
Patient= jo treatment lene aaya hai.
Remarked & Observed=
-say something as a comment; mention
Physician=friend or guide of society’
Perceptible signs = keen observation se thodi si bhi change ko apne. Especial sense se mehsoos kar lena
Whole extent=
-area or length; amount:
Conceivable=
-to take into one’s mind conceive a prejudice.
Portrait of disease
+ artistic representation of a person, in which the face and its expression is predominant.

Unprejudiced observer kon hai ?
Jiske pass knowledge aur sound mind hai.
Jo apne spacial senses ka istemal janta ho…
Observe karne , perceive karne , think karne aur understand karne .
Rogi ke ander disease par dhiyan na dekar us sick ki body me kya deviation huye hai pahle Jo usme normal tha usme kya abnormality aayi hai.
Usko dekh kar samajh aasake ke yeh healthy state hai aur yeh sick stat hai. Aur usko pata hai done me kya symptoms aasakta hai

Subjective symptoms: jo pateint ko mehsoos hota hai
Objective symptoms :(sign) =  jo relative ya Physician observe kar sakte hai .

All subjective+ all objective symptoms= real picture

Bus 2 -4 symptoms mila nahi ke aapne dawa ke bare me sochna shuru kar Diya aisa nahi karna hai..

Koi symptoms mile to disease ke bare me nahi sochna hai.

Apni khud ki Theory nahi banani hai.

Investigation karna hai
Fever , pulse , urine , mental , physical changes…

Zyda uske cause ke chakkar me nahi jana hai

Think always patient as a whole….
Treat the sick, not the disease…
Correct the deviated state of health..
Maintain a patient’s recovered healthy state by giving proper advice…..to prevent deviation again or sensitization of Miasm again.…..bcz if miasm sensitizes it overcomes vital force and manifests signs and symptoms…

Always do a complete investigation..
Don’t  decide based on your past experience.
