Case of Hemiplegia

Ek 2.9Y ke ladke ko clinic mein laya gaya, jise Right-sided Hemiplegia ki complaint thi.

Bachcha apne right hand se properly grip nahi kar pata tha aur na hi koi kaam theek se kar pata tha. Right leg se chalte waqt woh panjon ke bal chalta tha.

CT Scan: 28/4/2025Left side mein 2.8 × 0.7 × 3.0 cm size ka periventricular subcortical old infarct tha, jo basal ganglia, internal capsule, corona radiata aur centrum semiovale ko involve karta tha.

Birth History:Bachche ka full-term delivery LSCS se hua tha, kyunki cervical os properly dilate nahi ho raha tha. Oxytocin injections dene ke baad pain badhta gaya, lekin os dilate nahi hua.

Birth ke baad bachcha roya nahi tha. Use oxygen diya gaya aur 2 din tak ICU mein rakha gaya.

Occipital region mein ek red patch tha, jis par local ointment lagaya gaya tha.

Mother’s History During Pregnancy:Pregnancy ke dauran mother ko achhi bhook lagti thi, lekin mother-in-law use khana nahi khane deti thi.
