 *Thirsty* पानी बहुत ज्यादा पिता है ; Har taqlif me jab bhi paani magega jyada magega

Side Affinity- *RIGHT* sided remedy : All complaints start from Right side only or it start from Right and Radiate to same side  or shift to left side.

*PAIN intolerable* : It makes patients restless/impatient.

Intolerable to suffering or become mad with / due to suffering.

 *Patient verion* – डॉक्टर साहब मेरे दर्द का कुछ करो नहीं तो इसकी वजह से मैं पागल हो जाऊंगा

Pain can be anywhere in body eg. Anal fissure, abdominal pain, dysmennorhoea, labour pain, Severe itching++.

 *Very Oversensitive* to pain/Suffering.

Colicy pain- pain ++ restlesness

It can be Renal colic, labour pian, Enteritis, Appendicitis, colitis, hepatitis.

 *Convulsion*

Convulsion in Children with anger of Mother during Nursing or after fit of anger before  breast Feeding.

Patient version- डॉक्टर साहब मेरे बच्चे को बार-बार फिट/अकड़ी अराहा है जबसे मेरा और इसके पापा का झगड़ा हुआ है

Mainly it covers Syphillitic and Sycosis Maism which are Veneral (Contagious).

Breast feeding , body discharge, sexual intercouse where it releases toxins into system which further present as a disease symptom.

Another example – if any child gets Convulsion repeatedly and MRI brain / EEG done which shows functional, pathological or Anatomical changes but mother gives you H/o CX episode after Nursing the  child with marked Anger in mothers mentality then the only remedy is *CHAMOMILLA* and it will be  Simillimum for that case .

*Pain in Uterus when nursing the child* –

Here pt is very Oversensitive.

Patient version- *डॉक्टर साहब जब बच्चे को दूध पिलाती हूं तब मेरे पेट के नीचे की तरफ बहुत दर्द होने लगता है*

(Similar pain medicine are coffea, bella, colocynth, mag phos) but here indication is different. That why Homoeopathy is equal to PQRS.

– *Children puts finger in mouth* (Veart alb)

In complaints it is seen that child always put his finger or thumb in mouth

 *-Discharges : hot , Sour, Shiny, Greenish.*

Every discharges like Menses, leucorrhoea- green,  hot  & shiny.

Stool, Urine wil be hot -Greeniash & offensive

Patient version-

डॉक्टर साहब ये लड़का पूरा दिन उंगली मुंह में डाले रखता है और अब इसे लूजमोशन होने लगे हैं और उसमें से बहुत ज्यादा बदबू आ रही है और जब वॉश करने लेती हूं तो गरम लगता है

 *One cheek red and hot  other cheek is cold and pale*

Similarily bachhu in opd with finger in mouth with hot  red face one side and Cold pale face other side only remedy is Chamomilla.

If we do any homevisit for bed ridden pt and we see that one  side of body is red and hot  and Other is pale and cold not necesarry it should be face but any part of body follow same similarity then  remedy can be given Chamomilla.

 *Irritable / oversensitive and Aggravation after 9pm to midnight*

Patient is itritable, restless and very oversensitive to his suffering

Any complaints starts after 9pm to Midnight

Diarrhoea, leuccorhea, pain, fever.

 *Numbness with hot  sweat and pain* (opium)

Eg. Sciatica- rt sided severe pain with numbness in extrimity with hot  sweat.

Eg. Abdomen distended like drum

 *Infants breast tender*

Breast/ nipple of infant newborn are painful or tender to touch /over sensitive.

Patient version- डॉक्टर साहब मेरा दर्द बहुत ज्यादा है और जब तक काम करता हूं या काम में मन लगता रहता है तब तक दर्द का एहसास नहीं रहता पर जैसे ही काम खत्म होता है मेरा दर्द मेरी जान लेगा ऐसा लगता है

 *Dysmenorrhea after Emotion or sexual desire*

Any pain / diarrhoea/ leucorrhoea After Anger & Emotion.

Rheumatic pain *violent* and Drives him out of bed with *burning* soles at night

Complaints after *suppression of perspiration*

Suppression after apply any talc or bathing after perspiration

 *Perspiration on covered part* ( thuja -uncovered part)

Pain /hot  discharge with perspiration in covered part.

 *Menses frequent,  copious,  dark,  membranous and offensive*

Dark coloured blood clots.

Menses offensive

 *Labour pain spasmodic, irregular distressing.*

Anger,  restless, anxious during suffering.

Eg. Patient was screaming due to labour pain and doctor was

unable to confirm remedy he was taking time in observing patient but patient slap on doctors face and Said Jo Karna hai Jaldi Karo Dard ki vajah se meri Jaan nikal rahi hai.

(This is marked intense anger in chamomilla)
