7: When the flu comes with severe bone pains and weakness, Eupatorium Perfoliatum is the remedy to choose.
8: Ipecac should not be overlooked if the flu causes constant nausea, vomiting of mucus, or even blood.
9: If the flu is combined with an upset stomach, particularly with intestinal worms, Cina might be effective.
10: For flu with sore throat and inflamed tonsils, which worsens with exposure to cold air, Hepar Sulph is the indicated remedy.

14: When the flu causes hoarseness of voice and Belladonna fails to help, a single dose of Phosphorus can restore the voice, but it should not be repeated frequently.
15: Remedies like Natrum Muriaticum, Allium Cepa, Spongia, Merc Sol, and Justicia are also helpful depending on specific flu symptoms.
16: To prevent frequent flu infections and epidemics, or as a preventive remedy, Influenzinum, Tuberculinum, Bacillinum, Diphtherinum, or Thuja can be used based on the patient’s symptoms. The potency of the remedy should be chosen according to the patient’s susceptibility.
