• Generals
• hot + Thirstlessness + Nausea with all complaint + clean tongue  with Profuse Saliva + Bleeding diathesis + over prostration + cold sweat on forehead + one hand hot Another cold + cold sweating drip from hand and feet  + tobacco agg ( dd lyco ,puls ,cham)
• Constant nausea in all diseases with clean tongue and profuse saliva.
• Continuous nausea in gastric disturbances.
• Nausea from the smell of food.
• Hemorrhages from all orifices of the body , profuse , bright red , active with heavy breathing and nausea.
• Faints suddenly in summer or warm rooms. ( hot )
• Bright red gushing hemorrhage accompanies most complaints.
• Infantile pneumonia with threatened suffocation(ant.t.)
• Cough asthmatic, wheezing respiration, the child becomes rigid and turns blue ( ant tart ,carb v , camphora, Ipecac)
• Loose rattle in chest without expectoration.
• Epistaxis with whooping cough.
• Cutting colic in navel agg by motion.
• Pain as if bone were all torn to pieces(eup.)
• Prostration is out of proportion to the hemorrhage, prostration in spells.

• hands and feet drip of cold sweat
• STOOL:- Stool grassy green, of white mucus, bloody; like frothy molasses.
• Causation
• Anger
• Suppressed anger ( ipeac,lyco,staph)
• Heat or cold
• Mechanic injury
• Suppressd eruption. : small pox , measles, Chicken pox suppressd cause asthama or respiratory complaint+ hot + thirstless: Ipecac
• Foreign body in wind pipe.
• Mind
• • Irritable.
• • Hold every thing in contempt and desire other should also do the same.
• • Child scream,howls, as if hard to please.

• RA +ve + Joints pain along with nausea + hot + thirstless+ nausea + tongue clean: Ipecac
• Toothache + Profuse Saliva in mouth with nausea+ clean Tongue+ hot + thirstless: Ipecac
• Tuberculosis/Asthama/COPD /Pneumonia/Cancer + cough with blood + Nausea with + blood in sputum or epistaxis + Profuse Saliva + hot + thirstless: Ipecac
• Anorectal Ca + Menorrhagia / profuse bleeding piles + prostration + nausea with + clean tongue+ hot + green stool + thirstless: Ipecac dd Lyco
