- Locomotor System
- Back Pain at 3 a.m. driving him out of bed.

- Pain amel. by pressure or rubbing or lying on something hard.
- Lumbar pains extend down the thighs to legs. making walking erect impossible; so has to walk bent.
- Extremities : Soles very sensitive, even to slight touch. Legs give out (weak).

- Urine or stool or any discharge : Difficulty in Stool and Urination
- Flatus: Excessive flatulence, everything he eats seems to turn into gas.( Kali carb , China,carb veg , arg nit , lyco )
- Appetite:- Easy satiety ; Fullness after eating a little.
- Chest
- Asthmatic, agg. least motion; asthama alternating with diarrhoea.
- Amel. leaning forward with head on knees.
- Choking cough with a very sensitive chest.
- Lungs: persons suffering from ulceration of lungs can scarcely get well without this antipsoric (Hahnemann).
- -Lungs, affections of the right lower lobe.
- – Stitching pain in chest (esp. r. lower); independent of of motion;
- agg. at rest and lying on painful side (reverse to Bry).
- Causation (Ailment from)
- Suppression of eruptions in childhood. Sexual excesses.
- Mental work.
- Fright, suppressed menses.
- Pregnancy.
- Never well since pneumonia (badly treated) : post covid especially right side pneumonia.
- Objective
- Baggy upper lids.
- Sensitive, distended stomach and abdomen.
- Hard tympanites.
- Stool difficult; of large, hard lumps.
- Inefficient labor pains ( difficult discharge: discharge of amniotic fluid or foetus)
- Weakness: back and legs give out.
- Talks in sleep.
- Back feels as if broken; compelled to lie down or lean on something.
- Soles very sensitive ( pre diabetic or Diabetic patient)
- Pulse small, soft, variable, intermittent or dicrotic.

- Appetite – Wants to eat frequently but the least food oppresses.
- Aversion, disgust for food in general, esp. for brown bread.

- Aggravation –
- Cold drinks when heated.

- Sensitive to every atmospheric change, to COLD. Agg. 3 a.m.

- Winter, before menses,
- lying on the painful or left side,
- after coition, touch, motion.

- Warmth
- Sitting with elbows on knees (asthma)

- – Feels very weak before menses.
- – Menses too early, too profuse, too long
- lasting. – Backache before, during and after menses.
