*Kent first observation*
Prolonged aggravation and then final decline of the patient
In cases that are considered incurable or where the vital force is under overwhelming conditions, using high potencies may not be effective. This is particularly true when the pathology has advanced, and key indications for treatment are minimal. In such situations—like ascites, renal failure, liver failure, or cardiac failure—it’s advisable to use low potencies. If a high potency is administered in these circumstances, it may lead to a deterioration in the patient’s condition, potentially putting their life at risk. Instead, organopathic remedies—those that specifically target the affected organ—should be used. Administering deep-acting remedies in these cases can be dangerous. If a mistake is made and the patient’s condition worsens, it’s essential to stop the current medication and provide an antidote.
