GENERAL

• Chilly + Thirsty + Right sided + SoA : Hollow Organ or Vascular or Sensory or motor nerve affection + cramps or colic.

• Sluggish,torpor { before coma state}
• Slow perception, intellectual onset : gradually increasing apathy
• Violent colic (spasmodic pain of hollow organ ) , sensational as if abdominal wall is drawn by a string
• Excessive emaciation { TB, DM,Ca etc}

• Severe colic accompanied by obstinate constipation
• Hyperaesthesia of skin, can’t bear to be touched anywhere with loss of power, loss of sensation.

• Aversion to food

Causation

•  Ill Effects of repelled eruption or sexual excesses
• Odor of paints {smell of  turpentine or petroleum}

Modality

• Agg – At night, exertion, motion
• Amelio– Hard pressure and rubbing,  Bending backward relieve pain
