Aconite ke General symptoms aur practical use

1)Intense burning thirst for large quantities of cold water

2)Respiratory affection from cold, dry weather , gastrointestinal affection from very hot  weather.

Clinical:Mostly jab dry cold weather me gale ki takleef hoti hai saath me usko zyda quantity me cold water peene ka man karta hai tab usually we think of phos but in early stage we can use acon

3) Restlessness of the near all complaints

Clinical:

Agar respiratory complaint with Restlessness hai to hum ars sochte hai lekin saath me agar thirst for large quantities of cold water hai to acon denge .

4) pain burning, tingling, numbness, insupportable , drive him to despair

Dispair = ab mujhe lagta hai yeh accha nahi hone wala, mai aisa hi rahne wala hu (hopelessness)

5) sudden Manifestation with violent and painful symptoms

Clinical : sir abhi 2 ghante pahle maine cold drink piya aur abhi achanak se zor zor se khansi hone lagi , saans lene me diqqat hone lagi hai ..

Patient bhagta hua aaya usko achanak dard hua cold drink ke baad .

Sir abhi maine Chinese Manchurian khaya aur achanak itna zor se pet dard hua ke poocho mat .

Abhi pani puri kahya aur achanak itna zyda loose motions ho gaye ke pura sharir ka pani nikal Gaya

Clinically: baccha urine pass nahi kiya aur uska skin touch karne par dry and hot  lag raha hai .

12) amenorrhea in a plethoric girl after Fright or dry cold air

13) threatened Abortion from fright

14) croup suffocative , whistling on expiration (caust , on inspiration:spong)

Croup= asthamatic cough

Jab saans bahar nikalta hai tab khansi hot a hai (acon, caust)

Jab saans ander leta hai tab khansi hot i hai (spong)

1)Patient surgery ke baad Suddenly shock me gaya , aapne uske skin hot  dry to touch , uska pulse check kiya rapid threatened pulse.

2)Ek bacchi andhere dar gayi aur suddenly gir gayi hai aur  uska saans ruk ruk ke arahi hai.

3) accident hua aur suddenly patient ne aah bhari aur fir behosh ho gaya

4) ghar se bhar nikle dhup me aur gir gaye.

sudden sunstroke + dry hot  skin , behaush ho gaya .

5)Fright= ghar me kisi ki death ho gayi aur behosh ho gaye + dry hot  skin

6)Kisi par gussa aaya aur sudden chest pain (?MI) shuru ho gaya aur collapse ho gaye +dry hot  skin + rapid threatened pulse .

*Craving for beer 🍺 bitter things,sour drink ,cold drink*

*Great thirst*

1)Inke pati ki maut Hui tab se yeh cheekh rahi hai

2)Bahar se paseene me the aye aur suddenly AC 18C par tha usme baith gaye uske baad takleef shuru ho gayi

3)Bahut garmi thi maine ice cream kha liya aur fir yeh takleef shuru ho gayi

4)Bahut garmi me pyas lagi thi 2 bottle cold drink  pee liya aur UTI/Diarrhoea ho gaya hai.

5)Menses aaya aur turant mera migraine ka headache shuru ho gaya  .
