Philosophy:-

• O/e  : Dilated pupils – prominent sparkling eyes
• hot  gushing menses

• Jerks during sleep
• Convulsions during teething with fever
• Maddening pains, coming and going suddenly in repeated attacks

• Subha se hua + sudden inflammation +  extreme sensitive to pain : bell
• Boar’s head into the pillow
• Bright red, glossy skin, intense dermatitis or Any inflammation – any -itis (laryngitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, appendicitis) with indications of belladonna, give belladonna.

CAUSATION

• Emotional excitement (anger, sadness, chagrin, good & bad news), fright, grief, disappointed love (nat mur)
• Anger with anxiety, fright
• Physical:  exposure to draft, heat of the sun
• Haircut
• Head getting wet
• Uncovering head

MIND

• Intense fear of dogs, being struck by person coming near him  { kutte se bahut darta hai }
• Hasty speech, stammering { haqlana }
• Spits in the face of people/any place
• Striking
• knocking head against the wall { mental asylum } 
• Dreams frightful – quarrels, fire
• Delirium, furious with a wild look
• Moaning, constant delusion, fanatic, rage
• Lives in his own world (ASD)
• Tendency to laugh, dance, sing, whistle

• Parkinsonism – right-sided/sensitive to pain/chilly
• UTI hot  & scanty, had gone out in the sun
• Dysmenorrhea with sensitivity to pain and bleeding is hot
• hot  head/cold limbs/exposure to sun caused fever & unconscious
• Convulsions during sleep/dental issues
