Case history child ki mother ne e-mail ke through bheji.

Mother: Uske first symptoms tab dikhne lage jab woh 2 saal ka tha. Woh bahut stubborn tha aur gusse se react karta tha. Jab woh 4 saal ki age me nursery gaya, to uske liye dusre bachchon ke saath cheezein share karna difficult tha. Jab woh koi kaam nahi karna chahta tha to teacher ko bite karta tha ya dusre bachchon ko hit karta tha. Woh 5 saal ki age tak single child tha. Sister ke born hone ke baad koi khas change nahi hua, na better na worse.Woh un kaamon ko karne se refuse karta tha jo usse karne ko bola jata tha aur phir rude aur aggressive ho jata tha.Agar usse koi cheez samajh nahi aati thi to woh maanta nahi tha balki gussa ho jata tha. Bahut baar woh apne behaviour ka blame dusron par dal deta tha. Generally ab tak bhi yeh pattern zyada change nahi hua, lekin ab woh khud ko thoda zyada control kar leta hai aur thoda samajhne laga hai ki usse communication aur dusron ko samajhne me problem hai, lekin phir bhi kabhi kabhi violent ho jata hai.Mujhe lagta hai main problem yeh hai ki woh mathematics, physics aur computers ko extremely well samajhta hai, lekin human interactions aur daily life ko samajhne me bahut problem hai.

Isi wajah se uske liye emotions ko physically express karna easy hota hai.Kabhi kabhi woh kehta hai ki usse logon se darr lagta hai aur shayad isi wajah se woh rude ho jata hai ya kisi ko hit kar deta hai. Aaj usne yeh bhi kaha ki woh kisi aur jaisa banna chahta hai ya phir jeena hi nahi chahta.

Woh apni duties ke liye responsible nahi hai. Jaise:• Kis din homework teacher ko dena hai woh yaad nahi rehta.• Kya homework karna hai woh yaad nahi rehta.

Woh rules ko respect nahi karta. Usse pata hai ki computer sirf 1 hour ke liye use kar sakta hai, lekin almost har din jab hum computer band karne ko kehte hain to woh argue aur shout karta hai. Us waqt woh bahut angry aur rude hota hai.Agar woh kuch galat karta hai aur hum punishment dete hain, jaise 1 din TV na dekhna, to woh argue karta rehta hai. Dear Dr. Sehgal,Ignatia C6 dene ke 2 weeks baad report kar rahi hoon.

MAST thoda better tha after Ignatia 6, lekin last week se phir extremely irritated ho raha hai aur almost har time rude rehta hai.

Yeh sabse bada difference hai:

pehle woh kabhi kabhi rude hota tha, ab almost hamesha rude hai.Jab main usse baat karne ki koshish karti hoon, specially French, English ya history homework ke baare me, woh mujh par shout karta hai. Woh sirf maths, physics ya computer programming karna chahta hai.Emotions ya daily life ki baatein jaise cleaning, shopping discuss karna difficult hai kyunki aise conversations me woh physics ya chemistry ke questions poochne lagta hai.Ab woh judo aur tennis classes bhi nahi jana chahta. Hum samjhate hain ki sports zaroori hain lekin har training session se pehle woh argue aur shout karta hai.

Kal usne apna computer destroy kar diya kyunki humne kaha hum woh cheez nahi kharidenge jo usse chahiye thi.Usse lagbhag 2 hours lage yeh samajhne me ki usne kya kiya aur phir usse regret hua.

Dear Dr. Sehgal,Tuberculinum C30 dene ke approx 1 month baad report kar rahi hoon. Medicine ka us par bahut good effect hua hai.Master calmer hai aur much less violent hai.

Generally woh happier lagta hai aur difficult situations me jaldi aur easily calm ho jata hai.Ab usme great sense of humor hai. Woh laugh karta hai aur jokes ko better samajhta hai.Generally ab uska mood better hai. Jab teacher ne poocha “How are you?” to usne reply diya “Fine” aur smile kiya. Pehle woh ya to ignore karta tha ya “Very bad” bolta tha.Lekin abhi bhi woh zyadatar kids ko ignore karta hai jo usse “Hi” bolte hain aur kabhi khud pehle “Hi” nahi bolta.

May 2014 se September 2014 tak child ne koi bad behaviour show nahi kiya. Medicine me koi further change nahi kiya gaya.Mother ko bola gaya ki agar symptoms relapse karein to report karein.
