Hume assume, imagine ya speculate nahi karna chahiye ke hume patient ke aane ki wajah pata hai.
Hume patient ko “jaanna” nahi, balki “samajhna” hai.
Example: Patient kehta hai: “Doctor, jab bhi main fish ya heavy meal khata hoon mera stomach upset ho jata hai.
”Sabse pehle yeh samajhna zaroori hai ke patient hamare paas kyun aaya hai aur medicine se kya expect karta hai.
Hume turant rubrics ya symptoms par jump nahi karna chahiye.
Hume aur gehra jaakar mehsoos karna hai ke woh kyun aaya hai.
Patient keh sakta hai: “Mujhe aisi medicine chahiye taake fish ya heavy food khane par mera stomach upset na ho.
”Ab sawal yeh hai: “Jab fish ya heavy food se problem hoti hai to phir patient ko usse khane ki zaroorat kyun mehsoos hoti hai?
”Patient keh sakta hai:“Mujhe fish khana pasand hai.”
Ya:
“Maine kai baar try kiya ke fish ya heavy food na khao, lekin mauka milta hai to control nahi hota.”
Yahan physician ko yeh samajhna hai:patient ko fish bahut pasand hai,ya patient me self-control ki kami hai.
Ab physician poochta hai: “Jab aap control karna chahte hain lekin kar nahi pate to aapko kaisa feel hota hai?”
Patient keh sakta hai: “Mujhe bahut bura lagta hai.” “Mujhe khud par gussa aata hai.”
Ya:
“Main khud ko curse karta hoon.”
“Main khud ko blame karta hoon.”
Ya:
“Main khud se promise karta hoon ke dobara nahi khaunga.
”Ab patient ke common version ke according physician ko:right feeling interpret karni hai,aur uske according rubric choose karna hai.
Yani remedy par directly jump karne se pehle physician ko patient se clear kar lena chahiye ke patient ki actual need kya hai — bina imagine, speculate ya assume kiye.
